Symptoms
The customer would like to have a processing option in P4210 (Sales order entry) application in order to control whether or not closed/cancelled lines on an order (980-999) are copied when the order is copied. Currently these lines are always copied as open lines (520-540 or similar) onto a new order.
Users need the option to decide whether to copy closed lines or not.
