Symptoms

When clearing the cache of the HTML instance using the server manager , for some users the header part of header detail application is displayed as blank without any fields or buttons.

 

Steps

1. Clear the HTML server JDBJ cache using procedure mentioned in 'Clearing the Cache on a Web Client Using Server Manager' section of Security Administration Guide.

2. Login into web link

3. Open a application "Customer Service Inquiry' P4210 from fast path or Menu
