E1: 75A: P75A700 (AU STP Workbench) Shows Incorrect Error for Postal and State Code During XML Generation (Doc ID 2909379.1)

Symptoms

During XML File Generation from P75A700 incorrect error of invalid Postal and State Code shown for employees with existence of effective date Address Book record.

There is no error in the generated XML file, correct Postal and State Code are shown.

Steps:

1.Review the mailing details for an employee where previously STP was executed in P01012.State and Postal Code value are Blank.
2.Update the Mailing Information with an Effective Date for the above employee.
3.Run R01840( Effective Address Update) for the above address Book Record
4.Run P07200(Prep-payroll) and submit for STP by launching P75A700.There is no error.
5.Select the record and Click on Generate XML
Invalid Postal Code and State Code Error shown
6.Click Skip Error and Generate XM .Review the XML File
The Latest Address Book Record details are correctly shown with State and Postal Code
