Symptoms
All Sales Order (SO) Entry programs fail and are unable to create, edit/update existing/new orders (Interactive Sales Order Order Entry and EDI Inbound 850 - P4210/P42101/R47011). For the P4210/P42101, the order looks like it saves but it cannot be found upon re-inquiry. For the R47011, the programs are unable to finish.
Errors
P4210/ P42101 - Sales Order Entry
- Asynchronous error
- Transaction Cannot be Committed - Database write fails the order looks like it saves but it cannot be found upon re-inquiry.
- The jddebug.log shows: P4210 Entry ending F4211FSEndDoc Asynchronous BSFN
- R47011 - EDI Inbound 850 does not complete and fails.
- The logs show: The database is failing to process an update. The information would be similar to the below excerpt. The program fails on the Customer Master table (F03012) and address number (AN8) = 51xxxxxx.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create or update a sales order from P4210, P42101 or create from R47011.
2. The orders end with Asynchronous error and database write fails and receive a Transaction Cannot be committed error.
3. The R47011 is unable to complete.
