E1: 49: Promise Delivery Time Is Not Enabled After Load Creation In Work with Shipments (P4915) (Doc ID 2910721.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot change the Promised Delivery Time for a shipment in Work with Shipments (P4915) after it has been added to a Load. The field is greyed out.

Steps:
1. Go to P4210 and create sales order type S4 with line type S and shipment number is created
2. Go to P4915 -> Row Exit -> Load - Select Shipment
3. Form Exit - Load Build
4. Save Load
5. Return to P4915, select shipment, go to Row Exit, Revisions - Shipment
6. Open Tab Dates/Times and notice Promised Delivery Time is greyed out
