Symptoms

In the Rollover Set up Window (P07RSWB), error Warning PDBA May Have History is invoked when clicking delete for a PDBA. Despite the program stating it is a Warning, it is a hard error and shows a red arrow.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a PDBA to the (P07RSW) Rollover Set Up
2. Select the line and click Delete
3. Receive Error 034V- Warning PDBA may have history
4. The error has a red icon and acts like a hard error but the error reads as "Warning" PDBA may have history.
