E1: E1PAGE: Enhancement - Allow "Collapse E1Pages Bar" as a User Setting or Retain Collapse for Home Page

Symptoms
After upgrading a test environment from tools release 9.2.3.4 to 9.2.5.6, the E1Page banner is displaying in 9.2.5.6 when the user only has one E1Page . . . but it does not in 9.2.3.4.
This could be due to the "My Pages" New Feature for Classic and Composite Pages Starting with Tools Release 9.2.4.3.
There is a "Collapse E1Pages Bar" option in 9.2.5.6 which allows the desired view, but the user has to select it each time they leave the home page (e.g. sign out and back in, or go to an application and then return to the home page).
If an option to disable the E1Pages bar via a global/user setting is not available, could the "Collapse E1Pages Bar" option be a setting which holds for the user once selected - - one and done?
