E1: 42: P4210 Issues Web Exception Error When Running On The Local Web Environment

Symptoms
On the local thick client install the P4210 (Sales Entry) detail form generates the web exception: Web Client Exception: An exception has been caught by the Web Client. There was a problem with the server while running the business function F4211FSEditLine.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Enter the non-J environment, PDCUR (for example) on the local thick client environment.
2. On menu G4211, enter Sales Order Entry (P4210) and press Add.
3. Enter the Sales Order header information.
4. Enter a quantity of 1 and item on the first Sales Detail line, tab down.
5. Web Exception occurs: An exception has been caught by the Web Client. There was a problem with the server while running the business function F4211FSEditLine.
