Symptoms

Users receive the following localization web exception error on P4314 (Progress Payment) application.

WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION:
An exception has been caught by the Web client. Please contact your
system administrator. See log for details. Exception id
=Exception_TIME_DATE_USER-ID Invalid Row number

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Set the User Profile (P0092) to any country code. (e.g. ILS, however duplicated with other different country codes).
2. Create a Progress Payment P4311 contract.
3. Voucher Match (P4314) a partial payment on the contract and receive the web exception error.
