Symptoms

When Pick Slip Print (R42520) was run twice 30 seconds apart, the first job had AND in the operator of the third data selection and the second job had OR in the operator of the third data selection. The user that ran the two jobs insists they did not manually select OR from the Operator drop down list. The user believes the system automatically changed the selection. The client cannot duplicate the issue, but here are the steps reported by the user that led up to the issue:

First the user clicks the Print Pick Ticket Button on their E1 Page.

This brings up the Version Prompting Page. The user clicks the data selection checkbox and then clicks the Submit button so they can enter their assigned order number in the data selection.

There are three data selections pre-populated as follows:

The user pulls down the right operand for the third line (order number) and selects “Literal” from the drop-down list.

On the Select Literal Value screen the user types in the Order Number and clicks the green checkmark.

When the Data Selection screen returns, “And” is still in the left operator on the third row, but the user says when they click the green checkmark, the “And” is changed to “Or”. This cannot be duplicated in test but client says it has happened 4 times in 4 months.
