Symptoms

Currently running 9.2.6.x and local database is Oracle 19c. Downloaded jar files noted on Solution from document Doc ID 2814192.1 to \E920\MISC folder.

Attempting to install an ESU via Change Assistant.  Shows Task Failed under View Statuses.

The following error appears in the JDE.log

Upgraded to 9.2.6.x which also requires the local database to be Oracle 19c.
