Symptoms

After updating the tools release of server manage agent the agent does not start the following error occurs in e1agent_0.log (located in <installdirectory>/jde_home/SCFHA)


The .jar files in the SCFHA/lib have been deleted. 

Steps

  1. Login into the server manager console whose tools release has been updated 
  2. The message 'Agent Update Required' is displayed
  3. Select the Agent and click 'Update'
  4. Check if the agent startsup
  5. Check the log in <installdirectory>/jde_home/SCFH
