Symptoms
When creating a new Service Request in Orchestrator Studio, it doesn't show up in the list once the save button is clicked. However, the newly created record shows up in the P98220U.
There is no error in the Orchestrator Studio. However, when approve/share the object in P98220U, the below error appears.
Error:
Object Retrieval Failure
Steps to Duplicate:
- Create a Service Request called P01012V2 from Orchestrator Studio.
- Go to P98220U in E1 and look for P01012V2.
- Select the line::Right mouse click and select "Approve/Share".
- You will get the above error.
