Symptoms

The status of managed instances in Server Manager displays as Undetermined with no errors on the Server Manager Console as in the following screen:

e1agent logs displays the following error message:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to Server Manager Console.
  2. Validate the Undetermined status for the managed instances.
