Customer just completed an update from Tools 9.2.3 32-bit to Tools 9.2.7 64-bit. Users are not able to open any Workflow(WF) in Workflow Studio. User just get the spinning icon and it hangs there.

Did already run R89811 and there are no records in F98811 with ATERID3 less than 4.

These entries are created in the AIS JAS log every time user try to open a WF or create a new WF:
