Symptoms

Case Entry P17500 when visual assist from Caller Name is used it defaults Customer Number and not Caller Number if SWM System Constants P17001 Who's Who Required is enabled.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set SWM Constant P17001 Case Whos Who Enabled
2. Create a Case P17500
3. Add Customer Number
4. Add Caller Number
5. Select Visual Assist from Caller Name P0111S Whos Who Search
6. Notice the Address Number is from the Customer
If whos who is not enabled in the P17001 the Address number is open and can be changed
