Symptoms

Opening attachments in P41LOCN Visual Assist when using the application P3111 Work Order Parts list or other applications such as P4310 makes the system unresponsive  

Steps for Parts List P3111

  1. Open P3111 via P48013 > Row > Parts List for a Work Order with a valid parts list
  2. Select the field Location (LOCN) in Grid and click the magnifying glass (visual assist)
  3. In P41LOCN Item / Branch Locations click on the Media Object area next to the radio button for a secondary location
  4. The mouse changes to a Red stop sign and the system stops responding. The window can be closed but P3111 is also unresponsive
  5. Issue also occurs with the same steps in other applications such as P4310, purchase order entry.
