Web ESU install fails at 87% P96470W application (Work with Software Update - Web - Work With Software Updates)

Steps:

Download the Web ESU desired from updatecenter
Go to GH9612 -> Select Work with Software Update - Web
Import it by clicking on Form ->Import - >Chose File ->Load
Perform deploy by clicking on Row ->Deploy. Here choose environment desired and leave "Create OMW Project and Package Assembly" selected
Notice failure at 87% in Software Update Status "ALL 55-Workbench Status,10-Completed with Error" is listed

Set default user to 06 (User Role) when creating new OMW project by going to Constants on P98230 application
