P31123 Super Backflush with Validate Quantity at Operation = 1 is showing error ID 078N "Fetch from cache B3101060-218256 failed" if there is a Type Code T narrative text activity on the routing.

Steps:

1. P4101/P41026 create one parent (M stocking type) and one component item (P stocking type).
2. Set a BOM in P3002 and routing in P3003 (add one activity with blank Type Code and the next line with T (narrative text).
3. Create one WO for the parent item in P48013.
4. Perform the material issue in P31113.
5. Set a version of P31123 with Validate Quantity at Operation = 1 (tab Edit).
6. Use that version to process the WO. Enter the required info: employee number (the rest will auto complete). Press OK and receive the error:
   Fetch from cache B3101060-218256 failed
