After upgrade to tools release 9.2.7.1 with the latest planner ESU following symptoms are observed when UBE is submitted from web client :

• Report Interconnect UBEs are not launched

• Slow performance in UBE execution.

Steps UBE Example:

From Batch Versions submit R03B525 Credit Analysis Refresh.
Fastpath WSJ. Only R03B525 and R03B5005 jobs are shown. R03B20 job (launched via Report Interconnect in R03B5005) do not show.

Upgrade to tools release 9.2.7.1
