Symptoms

In P42101|W42101D (Edit Sales Order), if attachment manager is opened right after a grid export, multiple files are getting downloaded. This issue is observed in P42101 only and does not happen in other applications like P4210, P01012 etc.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to web client
  2. Access P42101 and click Find
  3. Click on any order number in the grid to go to Edit Sales Order screen
  4. Click on Export Grid Data button
  5. Select Export to Excel::Export to a new Workbook or Export To Comma Separated Values (CSV)
  6. Click Continue, the file downloads in the browser as expected
  7. Click on the row header for a detail line in the grid, Attachment Manager opens but another file downloads
  8. Close Attachment Manager and then another file downloads
