Symptoms
A simple Named Event Rule (NER) cannot call business functions B3104175 and B3104170 during the busbuild process.
The Build Output or buildlog.txt includes the following:

Steps:
1. Add NER which includes B3104175 and B3104170 to a project in OMW (signed into fat/dev client)
2. Highlight NER in project and select Design icon in middle of screen
3. Go to Design Tools tab and select Build Business Function
4. Review the Build Output results (buildlog.txt can also be found under the C:\E920\DV920\work directory)
Changes
Updating to Tools Releases 9.2.6.5 or above has not been confirmed as the trigger, but the issue has been confirmed/duplicated in Tools Releases 9.2.6.5 and 9.2.7.
