R3365 Resource profile generation program creates multiple resource profile records of the same work center in P3303 resource profile generation with overlapping effective dates

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. P4101/P41026 - Setup parent and component items
2. P3002 - Setup BOM
3. P3003 - Setup Routing with multiple operation steps using the same work center. Define different effective from and through dates for each operation
4. R3365 - Run R3365 UBE with data selection set equal to the parent item
5. P3303 - Review resource profile for the item and observe multiple records of the same work center is created with different effective through dates.
