Symptoms
When attempting to create a new sales order for an item with promised ship date greater than the sell by date, the following error occurs.
"Delivery Date is greater than Lot's Sell by Date"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a new Item Master (P4101) and Item Branch (P41026) Record for a Lot Controlled Item with Commitment Date Method set to 2 (Sell By Date).
- Enter an Inventory Adjustment (P4114) for a Lot so there is Inventory Available to Sell.
- In the Lot Master (P4108) Set the Sell By Date to a specific date.
- Enter a Sales Order (P4210 or P42101) for the specific lot with Requested Date that is after the Sell By Date.
- Sales Order Entry (P4210) returns the following Error "Delivery Date is greater than Lot's Sell by Date" Error ID - B42B5
NOTE: This error can also appear in Ship Confirm (P4205) if a Lot is Selected for Shipment where Today's Date is Greater than the Sell By Date.
