Question 1:

Is there a way to run an Offline Orchestration through AIS scheduler using jde_admin ID to be an autonomous monitoring ?

For example, a user creates an Offline Orchestration to detect that a JAS instance is down, and then starts the specific JAS instance.

Is there a way to run the Offline Orchestration every 15 min as Offline Orchestration by launching the Offline Orchestration using jde_admin ID and AIS scheduler?

Question 2:

Can only the user jde_admin run Offline Orchestrations where it is not possible for any other user to be setup to run?
