Symptoms
The consumer BSSV was working fine for a long time. However, once WLS is upgraded to WLS 14.1.1 from WLS 11g, the 3rd party rejects the payload.
Steps to Duplicate:
------------------------------
1. Execute the Consumer BSFN from a UBE with Purchase Order number with a blank value in E1.
2. It will call the BSSV consumer and sends the payload to a 3rd party web service.
3. Monitor the 3rd party (BPEL in this case) for the transaction.
4. The transaction fails since the payload with a blank value is not valid for the 3rd party.
