E1: ORCH: P13700 Issue When Trying To Copy A Work Order Using Orchestrations With "Planned Date" is Less Than Today's Date "not found in User Defined Code 40 TB." (Doc ID 2934872.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use an orchestration to copy a work order with the "Planned Start Date" is less than today's date using  P13700 / P13714, the orchestration fails with the below error.

The E1 application (P13700) allows you to enter a date less than today's date with a warning "Reference Date < W.O. Creation Date", but it creates an order successfully.

==Steps to Duplicate the issue==

1. In E1, record a process for P13700. 

2.  Find:: Select a record and click on the Copy button.

3.  in P13714::Enter the Planned Start Date less than today's date.

4.  The Warning shows up and click on "Save and Continue" 

5.  It creates order. 

6.  Run the orchestration and the error shows.
