E1: GRID: Advaced Query Converts "%" charcater to "*"

Symptoms
When creating an Advanced Query, if trying to set a field value to %, this is changed to *. Whenthe query is run, all records are retrieved.
Steps to replicate:
- Open P0411 application from fast path
- Create an Advanced Query and set Pay Status to %
- Tab out of the file. notice that the value is replaced with *
In this case, this Field, Pay Status is based on UDC 00|PS and it contains the value of %
