E1: MOBJ: Text Attachment Hanging When Copy/Paste Large Quantity of Plain Text From Notepad File - "The 'ListStyle' plugin is obsolete"

Symptoms
When trying to copy & paste a large quantity of text from Notepad to Text Media Object (enhanced or classic), E1 "hangs", throwing a "ListStyle" plugin is obsolete" browser error. In this case 50,000 lines of simple text as shown below.
This was working in prior tools release 9.2.4.3.
The following browser error (visible via F12 or right click > Inspect (Q)) is generated:
STEPS TO DUPLICATE
1. Fast path to P01012.
2. Inquire on a record and click on ROW/Attachments.
3. Add text.
4. Copy the text from the large file and paste into the media object screen.
5. System hangs.
6. Development tools (accessed via F12) shows error "The 'ListStyle' plugin is obsolete. Use 'ListProperties' instead. ckeditorerror,js:146".
7. Issue happens from any browser Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
8. Smaller copy/paste text works.
