Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The R43S003C fails to copy records for an existing Alert Serial Number that exists in the F43S003W if they are different versions or configurations.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Have data setup in the F43S003W for the TOUSER that is different from the FMUSER (from user).
2. Run the R43S003C to copy the configuration.
3. No change is made in the data.
