Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On P17730 (CAM Parts List) when taking the Row Exit to Multi-Locations to change the Location to a different Location for a partial quantity, the system updates the Actual Quantity as though an Inventory Issue was done, however, there was nothing written to the F4111 Cardex, and the P31113 ( Inventory Issues) generates the error 279C: "Lot/Location change not allowed".

Steps to Duplicate:
1.  Create a WM type P17714 CAM work order.
2.  Add an item for a quantity of 10 to the P17730 parts list with inventory in different locations.
3.  On menu G1317 select P31113, and issue a quantity of 1.
4.  On P17730 (Parts List) row exit to Multi-Location (P42053)
5.  See a quantity of 9 remain on the Multi-Location (P42053) application.
6.  Change the quantity to 8, and add 1 to a new location, press Save.
7.  On P17730, the new location has an Actual Quantity of '1' as though it's been issued, however, the Cardex (P4111) has not been updated.
8.  On P31113, attempt to issue to the new location and receive error 279C.
