Symptoms

Case:1

When building a package, running an installation plan or trying to log into E1 after installing a full package while utilizing the SQL Server driver, ODBC Driver 17, these processes fail with the following error:

Case:1 Recent change to utilizing ODBC Driver 17. This can be associated with an upgrade of SQL Server.

Case:2 Initial ODBC Driver 18.1 Data Source Name(DNS) configuration was done as Manual.
