Last updated on DECEMBER 10, 2024

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a user chooses Load existing timecards to grid from Interim Entry P070701 to load existing timecards the timecards from F06116 are copied to cache (memory) and removed (deleted) from F06116.  If the user exits Interim Entry without saving at times (intermittently) the F06116 is not re-inserted to the table from cache.

Steps:
1. Enter timecards in Speed Time Entry P051121.
2. Launch Interim P07210I, selects existing Interim, and Form exit for Master Pay Cycle that matches timecard dates.
3. Choose Add Interim to launch Interim Entry, choose tab Timecard Selection and radio button Load existing timecards to grid. Timecards cannot be viewed in P051121 and are held in cache.
4. Close from Interim Entry without clicking OK (no save).
5. From Speed Time Entry P051121 note incorrectly that the timecards do not exist.
