E1: UPG: Index Changes on Table F3462 Not Done by Upgrade Plan When Upgrading from 9.0 to 9.2

Symptoms
During upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2 versions of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne the table F3462 has the following index changes.
- F3462_1 was changed to Non-unique.
- F3462_5 index was added as Unique.
However after performing the upgrade, the table specification have these changes but it is not reflected in the actual table.
During the upgrade process the index changes should have occurred automatically as part of Table conversion workbench.
Steps
- Run the upgrade process from 9.0 to 9.2
- Check the table structure for F3462 from UTB
- Check the table in database through SQL tools
