Symptoms

P3711 Test Results in Order or Preference format menu form exit to [Print COA] and [Print product test] is not launching the UBEs.

Steps:

Product test print (R37901 that is different from R37900 – COA) should work with no orders associated. From BV, it works like this (select is from F3711, not F4211).

  1. Test 1
    P3711 ZJDE0001 Order format (select test for an SO, form -> [Print COA] and [Print product test] work). Search for a lot number with an SO associated. Select and go into details. Form -> Print COA. Nothing happens. Form -> Print Product Test. Nothing happens.
  2. P3711 ZJDE0002 Preference format (select test for an SO, form -> [Print COA] and [Print product test] work). Search for a lot number with an SO associated. Select and go into details. Form -> Print COA. The UBE is initiated. Form -> Print Product Test. The UBE is initiated.
  3. Test 2
    If selecting one lot with an WO or OP associated, form -> [Print COA] does not work (expected) and [Print product test] works.
