E1: 07: Taxable Wages For Oregon Transit Tax Are Not Excluding Deferred Compensation (Doc ID 2937714.1)

Symptoms


After installing Update 7 for E1 9.2, Payroll is not excluding Deferred Compensation from Oregon Transit Tax and therefore the tax withheld is too high.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Sign into environment which has Update 7 installed
  2. Go into Interim Workbench (P07210I), Find Interim ID and click Add Interim
  3. Enter header information for the interim and regular hours in the grid
  4. Click purple calculator
  5. Work with Tax Detail shows Oregon Transit Tax 38/G1 is too high
    1. Taxable Gross is 3,278.34 when it should be 2,978.34
    2. Oregon State Income Tax 38/F is correctly calculating Taxable Gross as 2,978.34
    3. Oregon Transit Tax is 3.28 (based on Taxable Gross is 3,278.34) when it should be 2.98 (based on Taxable Gross of 2,978.34)
