E1: RDA: After Edit Existing Event Rule, Save Generates Bogus Insert Duplicate Key Error on GBRLINK SPEC F98740US (Doc ID 2938144.1)

Symptoms

In RDA Edit existing event rule. Add new ER statement. Save and exit RDA. Go back into RDA, new ER statement is still there.

Open jde.log. Bogus "Insert Duplicate Key" error is generated on GBRLINK SPEC F98740US. 

Steps:

1. OMW add R0014 to project.
2. Do Get action on R0014.
3. Go to menu exit View > Start Design to go into RDA of R0014.
4. In RDA right-click SECTION: Page Header, select 'Event Rules'.
5. In Event Rules Design select event(Do Section).
6. Go to Insert menu, select Assignment/Expression
7. [To Object] select RV Company Name. [From Object/Literal] type XXXX. Click OK. Save.
8. Go to File|Save.
9. Open C:\jde.log. Insert Duplicate Key Error generated on GBRLINK SPEC F98740US.
10. Exit RDA. Go back into RDA. Verified new ER statement is still there.

Changes

Upgrade to tools release 9.2.6.3 and higher.
