E1: 08: Quick Hire (P060116Q) and Process Pending Employees (R060116P) are not updating Address Book P0111 Who's Who Given Middle Surname (Doc ID 2938730.1)

Symptoms

The employee master (P0801) was changed in Enh 26638733 to populate the Address Book Who's Who Given, Middle, and Surname (last name).
This change is not reflected when the Quick Hire (P060116Q) or the Process Pending Employees (R060116P) is used to create employee records.

Steps:
1. Launch P060116Q and enter a new employee in Quick Hire with Alpha Name Lastname, Firstname Middlename. If the P060116Q processing option for the Action tab is set to Update Master Files the Employee Master and Address Book
tables will be updated.
2. Launch P01012 find the address record for the new employee entered, row exit Whos Who, and verify the Given, Middle, and Surname are blank.

3. Or if the P060116Q processing option for the Action tab is set to blank run View the F060116Z record from P060116P and note the EDI Batch Number.
4. Run R060116P from Batch Versions process F060116Z and set Data Selection to the EDI Batch Number.
5. Launch P01012 find the address record for the new employee entered, row exit Whos Who, and verify the Given, Middle, and Surname are blank.
