E1: 43: P4312 PO Receipt Cursor Does Not Stay In The Rec Opt Box

Symptoms
On the PO Receipt (P4312) application when there is a warning message (e.g. Date Is In Future Fiscal Year) and then the user enters the Rec Opt (alias RECOPT) field, the cursor disappears from this Rec Opt field. Requesting that the cursor remain in the Rec Opt (alias RECOPT) field blinking when there is a warning message, and not be automatically removed from this field. This can cause confusion for the users and extra mouse clicks.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter P4312 (form W4312F) enter the PO number in the QBE line and press find. Select the line, and press OK (green check mark).
2. P4312 (form W4312A) loads. Cursor is automatcally in the G/L Date field. Move Cursor to Rec Opt (alias RECOPT) field, and receive the warning message: ‘Date is in Future Fiscal Year’. The cursor no longer remains in the RECOPT field.
