Symptoms

After enabling the LDAP authentication in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, the "Reset Password" link is shown on the login page and is active no matter if before activating LDAP authentication the reset password feature was disabled or not.

However, if a user attempts to reset the password when LDAP authentication is on, the following message will be shown to the user

Changes

LDAP authentication has been enabled.
