Symptoms

The JAX-WS BSSV package build fails with the following error being reported in wls_BusinessService.log file (the published BSSV and the method may be different):

Steps to replicate:
1. Assemble a new BSSV package
2. Submit the build
3. Check the logs and notice that the package is failing
