Symptoms

The Substitute Availability row action does not display any information in Work Order Parts Detail (P13730) when an item has a substitute set up in Item Cross Reference (P4104).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a purchased item (P4101/P41026).
2. Create another purchased item to be used as a substitute.
3. In Item Cross Reference (P4104), create a record for the main item with Cross Reference Type Code = S and the substitute item in the Cross Reference Item Number field.
4. Create a Capital Asset Management Work Order (corrective order) using P13714.
5. After saving the order, click on the Parts tab to access the P13730.
6. Add the main item number with an estimated quantity; click Save Changes.
7. Select the grid line; in More Row Actions, select Substitute Availability and click on the arrow. Notice that the system does not display anything.
