Symptoms

Some users are not able to login in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne from Development Client (FAT) or from E1 HTML server.

The following error is reported on Development Client (FAT):

The following error is reported on E1 HTML server:

If enabling the Security Kernel(s) debug logging, the following error is recorded:

Steps to replicate:

1. From a Development Client (FAT) try to login in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
or
2. From E1 HTML server try to login in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
3. Login fails with the above errors

Changes

Additional proxy users were added in P980001 in order to create new security overrides in P98OWSEC (or P98LPSEC) for the users which are not able to login.
