Goal


New attachment not Created when Process Recorder is Running


Steps to duplicate: 

  1. Select “Record a Process”
  2. Select Start
  3. Select the Text (or any other media object viewer option)
  4. Notice a new text entry does not get created.
  5. Stop the Process Recorder
  6. Select the Text option again.
  7. Notice a new text attachment is created.


The following error is found in the JAS Log:
