Goal

Customer wants to use Column Security for application P44H301 form W44H301D to allow users to ADD new records for all columns but be unable to CHANGE the existing records for the HBPLAN and HBELEV data items (columns).

Currently, When setting the security with ADD = Y and CHANGE = N these 2 columns become disabled in the grid.
