Symptoms

On Tools Release (TR) 9.2.6.x, the JET program like P313004X - Work Center Load Review Calendar keeps spinning and stays in loading.

User is unable to run P313004X from fastpath or from menu G3111.

The following Enhancement Requests have been applied to the system that is on TR 9.2.6.x:

ENH 33515781 - ADF TO JET: WORK CENTER LOAD REVIEW E1 DELIVERABLES
ENH 33515809 - ADF TO JET: WORK CENTER LOAD REVIEW UDO DELIVERABLES (UDO_9.2_10532)

From F12 browser console, it is found that system is looking in the jet12plus folder for the jetUtilities.js.

Browser Console error:

Steps to duplicate:

1. Enter P313004X in fastpath
2. Work Center Load Review shows spinning icon
3. Browser Console shows above errors
