Symptoms

AIS health check fails on JWT Trust Login as well as Form Service App, Form Service UBE and Basic Auth

 

Orchestrator Studio login is successful. E1Page watchlist/queries are successful.

The following ClassCastException error can be seen n the HTML server e1root.log:



Steps to duplicate:

  1. In Server Manager, select AIS instance
  2. Click on "Run Healthcheck" button
  3. Healthcheck fails for the following:

    Form Service App fails (red)
    Form Service UBE fails (red)
    JWT Trust Login fails (red)
    Basic Auth fails (red)
