E1: 31B: Reverse Operations - P31B68 Triggers Error ID 3091 'Business Unit Number Invalid' and Subsequent Error ID 029P 'Distribution AAI Number 4124 Invalid' When Reversing Multiple Blend Operations (GWT, BOTT)

Symptoms
When reversing a GWT operation that belongs to a dependency chain of operations or when there are multiple partial Bottling operations in the operation chain and doing a reversal of the first partial bottling operations, the following error messages are triggered:
- Error ID 3091 - 'Business Unit Number Invalid'
and subsequent
- Error ID 029P - 'Distribution AAI Number 4124 Invalid'.
Reversing a GWT operation that does not belong to a dependency chain of operations or when reversing the partial bottling operations, one at a time, the system works as expected and the above error messages are not displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1:
- Fast path to P31B94, find the operation numbers, starting with GWT operation
- In P31B94 select the operations and perform Action Dropdown to Speed Actuals. Click on >> button. The P31B67 - Speed Actuals Update application should be displayed.
- P31B67 - For each record, select the Process Y/N flag and set the Status field to CLOSED. Click on Save and Close.
- In P31B94 - "Search For Operations" form review the above operations and see that their Operation Status is now set to '4'.
- In P31B94 select the GWT operation. Action drop down to 'Reverse Operation'. Click on >> option. P31B68 - Reverse Operations form is displayed.
- P31B68 - Click on 'Reverse All' button and enter reason for reversal. Click Submit.
The system triggers error ID 3091 - 'Business Unit Number Invalid' and error ID 029P - 'Distribution AAI Number 4124 Invalid'
Scenario 2:
- In P31B94 create a RECV operation; Note down the BOL number
- In P31B94 create a R2TV operation and move some wine from the above BOL to a tank
- In P31B94 create a BOTT (bottling) operation for a partial volume
- In P31B94 create another partial bottling (BOTT) operation
- In P31B94 create another partial bottling (BOTT) operation for the remaining volume
- In P31B94 find the above operation numbers, starting with the BOL
- In P31B94 select the operations and perform Action Dropdown to Speed Actuals. Click on >> button. The P31B67 - Speed Actuals Update form is displayed.
- P31B67 - For all operations in the dependency chain check the Process Y/N flag and set the Status field to CLOSED. Click on Save and Close.
- In P31B94 review the above operations and see that their Operation Status is now set to 4.
- In P31B94 select the first partial BOTT operation. Action drop down to 'Reverse Operation'. Click on >> option. P31B68 - Reverse Operations form is displayed.
- P31B68 - Click on 'Reverse All' button and enter the reason for reversal. Click Submit. Notice the error messages: error ID 3091 - 'Business Unit Number Invalid' and error ID 029P - 'Distribution AAI Number 4124 Invalid'.
