Symptoms

When entering numeric test results (P3711) that fall outside the Preferred Maximum and where the Minimum and Maximum Parameters processing option is set to 1 (Use Preferred), the system will display the result as failed, however the system does not update the lot hold code.

Steps:
1. Create a numeric quality test (P3711) with Allowed/Preferred Minimum and Allowed/Preferred Maximum values.
2. Set the Minimum and Maximum Parameters processing option is set to 1 = Use Preferred in Test Results (P3711).
3. Enter a test (P3711) for a lot and a result that falls outside the Preferred Minimum/Maximum.
4. Inquire on the lot (P4108) and notice that the system did not update the hold code to the desired value when a test fails.
