A salary employee is on leave without pay but the company wants to continue to process the employee's benefits.
A numeric pay status for a salary (autopay) will pay the employee their gross wages. A non-numeric pay status will not include the salary employee within a payroll.

The goal of this document is to provide steps to manage benefits to be paid for a salary employee who is on leave without pay.
